I just heard from Leslie, backup case mgr at Kindred. K will transfer to Life Care Aurora Skilled Nursing Facility at 2pm. 14101 East Evans Ave, Aurora, CO, (303) 751-2000. Getting ever closer to you, Karen! She's in dialysis now. I have to put together a pkg of clothes for her to wear for her xfer.
