K at Life Care

Mandy and I met K at the Life Care Aurora SNF this afternoon. The goal is to have PTs and OTs help her get stronger, while RNs and CNAs are making sure she gets the right meds, all under the watchful eye of the staff MD, so she can come home and be as safe as possible.
