Evaluated SNFs

Amy helped me get out today, and evaluate two Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) for Kristan. Littleton Care and Rehab Center, and Azura Lakewood Rehab Suites. Both looked and smelled clean and new, had very pleasant rooms, good looking rehab and dining facilities, even wifi (which Kindred doesn't have). Now we need to figure out what, if anything, Kindred is doing for her, that would prevent her from being discharged to such a place.
