The revised plan

And now I'm learning that her hospitalist won't discharge her, at least until Saturday, because of his concern about high blood glucose levels. I finally got to talk to her Case Manager, and it sounds like several things are not going to happen the way we expected. No nocturnal dialysis. No IV antibiotics at her regular dialysis center. Looking for a way to get a nurse to the house, to administer antibiotics after dialysis for the next month...
