Little rant

I had to laugh, and choke back a wail, when the case manager blamed the insurance primary/secondary billing confusion on the Affordable Care Act. We knew this was coming... yet another handy excuse for avoiding responsibility. I really hope they get this figured out, before I get yet another call from a bill collector, demanding I pay the huge upcoming hospital bill that should've been covered.
