Friday bike ride

Beautiful 55° Friday morning, and heading for 89°, so says NOAA. I went for a delightful bike ride yesterday, and made it a little farther East along the Highline Canal Trail, as part of my longer term goal, to eventually follow it all the way to the Cherry Creek trail. 

 

I turned around at the Denver Water building that houses the Highline Canal Conservancy. I forgot it had just snowed recently, and discovered the trail had a few moist soggy spots, that were a challenge for my skinny road bike tires. 

Jennefer is counting down to her self-designated retirement at the end of this month. Yet another boomer leaving the workforce. Shame on us... taking all our skills with us, and going home to play.
